How it works:

• Add the voucher with the value that you wish to purchase to your cart
• Add the recipients name in the comments/notes section in your order
• Go through the purchase process 
• We will send out an individualized E-Voucher either to your email address OR the recipients (please let us know which!) within 3 days - this will have a unique code for the recipient to use.
• E-Voucher can be used on either the Tier for Teens OR Nellie Tier website 

Vouchers should ideally be used within 12 months, and include FREE SHIPPING! 

Disclaimer: No change will be given. There may be a longer delay for orders placed Friday - Sunday. Not all products and collections are available on our Nellie Tier website. Printed E-Vouchers not currently available. Tier for Teens and Nellie Tier are not liable for "lost" E-Vouchers, but we will always work with our customers to solve issues to the best of our ability... We know how things can get lost when it comes to emails!
