These are the official terms and conditions for the Tier for Teens website (www.tierforteens.co.nz). The content and services are provided by Nellie Tier New Zealand Ltd (‘Nellie Tier’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘we’), include the Phoebe & Fitz range of products, and are subject to the following terms and conditions.
This website gives general information on products and services. Nellie Tier reserves the right to make any changes at any time without notice. Nellie Tier will not be liable for direct or indirect issues arising from the customer’s ability or inability to access the services outlined here. This includes any viruses and/or malware alleged to have been obtained from this site.

Promotions and Offers:
All promotions and/or offers are exclusive to Nellie Tier and nellietier.co.nz unless stated otherwise. Promotions and offers cannot be used in conjunction unless otherwise stated. All promotions and offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn by Nellie Tier at any time without notice.
Minimum spend, designated number of products, and specified products may be required for the use of a promotion/offer, which will be clearly outlined in the details of the promotion/offer.
Free gifts and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or be resold by the purchaser, and will only be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty.
NO RESALE OF ANY KIND:
Any re-sale of our products MUST be approved by Nellie Tier and Tier for Teens. If you wish to become a supplier of our products please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe our Terms and Conditions have been breached by the customer.
We do NOT store cardholder information. We use the secure DPS Payment Solution to process online orders. All transactions take place in real time and will be visible to the customer immediately. This transaction is sent through a secure SSL.
Returns and Refunds:
The quality of our products is our prime consideration. We pack with care and products are well boxed and protected.
However, if you think there is an issue with an item please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will make all efforts to come to a resolution. Unless there is a fault with the product we will not refund the shipping costs.
Any refunds requested due to goods damaged in transit will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Shipping – Domestic:
Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address. This MUST include an email address and contact phone number. Nellie Tier is NOT responsible for any missing orders if the details supplied to us are incorrect.
Deliveries within New Zealand will be made using tracked signature required tickets. Shipping charges are “flat rate” and may be changed without notice. Orders sent within New Zealand have a 1-5 day turnaround time. No orders are processed over the weekend or public holidays. We ship via GoSweetSpot - who's carriers are NZCouriers, PostHaste, NZPOST.
Shipping – International:
All international orders are excluded from GST/Sales tax. This will show during the checkout process when ordering from the store. All products have a GST/ Sales Tax price under the NZD price. Shipping charges are “flat rate” and may change without notice.
International orders up to 3KG will be sent via International Air through New Zealand Post, and may take between 3 and 10 days. Nellie Tier takes no responsibility for duty/tax charged in the recipient’s country, or for any issues regarding heavy handling by courier/ postal companies UNLESS the stock is damaged beyond use, in which case Tier for Teens will work with the customer to find an agreeable solution. For orders over 3KG there may be an additional charge.
If you want to cancel an order please get in contact with us immediately via email or phone with your order reference number and the total amount charged. We will then redirect the package, and refund your order (we may need your credit card details to do this). This must be done as soon as possible by the customer, within 24 hours of placing the order.
